Step Class 12/15, Combos 1, 2, & 3

Please enjoy Step 12/15. This is a high-intensity workout featuring 3 step combinations that we will build upon together.  It’s 20 effective minutes of cardio training that blasts fat and works the entire body.

Before starting any exercise program, please check with your physician. Also, please warm up and stretch before beginning this video. Cooldown and stretch afterwards. Hydrate and modify throughout as needed.
