Great day yesterday everyone!!! This group is incredible. I can tell your hearts are in it!  Give it your all again today. Keep your mind right. Don’t let it get the best of you when temptation presents itself. Distraction is a great technique for avoiding slips.

Plan your exercise and nutrition for the day and stick to it. Look forward to it. Visualize the benefits your body is getting on the inside. They will inevitably show on the outside as well!
