In this video, 3 Exercises for a Fast & Effective Total Body Weight & Cardio Workout that Works, I combine weight and cardio exercises that will challenge and increase your strength, endurance, coordination and balance.
Depending on your fitness level, these moves can be performed in a variety of timed intervals. For example, perform each move for a minimum of 30 seconds followed by 20 seconds of rest for beginners. Those who are more conditioned can start with 45 seconds of work followed by 15 seconds of rest. Progress from there by increasing the active time and decreasing the rest time.
I like to perform the 3 exercises above one after the other in a circuit with a 1 minute rest between circuits. 4 to 6 circuits is recommended for a complete workout.
