Build Muscle Blast Fat HIIT Workout

This is a quick total body workout that utilizes weights in every move. You will build muscle and blast fat as you work through a circuit of 4 exercises. If you are a beginner, try working without weights the first time around and progress at your level. The objective here is to complete as many reps as possible within the intervals given with good form followed by a brief rest. To increase the intensity try 45 seconds of work followed by 15 seconds of rest.

 

NOTE:
-40 seconds of work followed by 20 seconds of rest
-4 exercises performed in a circuit which can be repeated 2-4 times based on your fitness level
-check with your physician before beginning any exercise program
-modify as needed and hydrate throughout the workout

  1. Weighted Lateral Squat Walk
  2. Pushup to Alternating High Kick Into Corner
  3. Kettlebell Swing
  4. Tap-out Pushups to Down Dog to Knee Tap
