Today’s Pop-Up was a true challenge. There was nothing these girls did not tackle today. Cardio was intense with up hill shuffles and endless boxing drills. We worked on strength with weighted squats, ball slams and TRX training. Balance and endurance were not forgotten as we used the unstable surface of our tires as running partners and to perform walking lunges with tires overhead. It was hard but together we got it done. Thank you, ladies, for an uplifting morning.
