The weather looks perfect for this Sunday!

Last week’s Pop-Up Bootcamp included exercises that utilized the sledge hammer and tires, kettlebells, bands and weighted balls. We worked hard from station to station as we pushed, pulled, pounded and punched. We jumped plyometrically, played a slightly aggressive game of tug of war and, finally, performed some serious uphill sprints. These ladies displayed great teamwork and determination as they tackled challenges that were new to some or simply just difficult to perform in the downpour. So proud and impressed by them all.
