Today was a gorgeous day to get outside and sweat it out as we tackled sprinting and shuffling drills, lots of heismans, weighted jack presses, weighted upper body moves such as kettlebell rear flies and kettlebell plank rows, kick box cardio, partner boxing drills, partner pulling drills with tires and bands, tire slams with sledge hammer, endless pushups and, finally, leaping and agility exercises. This group was energetic and so positive. Thank you for a powerful and uplifting morning everyone!
