Just as I was contemplating what my lunch would be yesterday, my 18 year old daughter texts me a photo of the lunch she just whipped up. Not only was I thrilled to have had someone make lunch for me but I was so proud that she was creative and healthful in preparing this meal. Kids are always watching and learning from their parents even when we think they aren’t. Help them to make good choices by doing the same for yourself.
My daughter made a low-sodium lunch of Organic Quinoa with Broccolini, String Beans, Corn and Olives Sautéed in Olive Oil, Balsamic Vinegar, Lemon Juice, and Hot Pepper Flakes. So delicious 😋.
