A Typical Workout Week: Small Wins classes with Linda 3 days a week; 2 days at the gym doing a half hour on stairmaster

Workout Motivation: weight maintenance, energy, clarity and health

What motivates me: Linda and looking at my old pictures! I have achieved my weight and strength goals and now it’s time to set new ones.

Characteristics that make me proud: My career, my ability to interact with people, being a mom to Jake and Hannah

Future goals: To get even stronger and more toned
