Tender Beef Sautéed with Sweet Bell Peppers and Onions


KEEP IT SIMPLE…2 bell peppers, 1 large onion, 1 pound lean cubed beef🥩, cooked to medium for me, and, of course, your favorite seasonings all sautéed in a little extra virgin olive oil for 15 minutes…DONE! It’s healthy, clean and easy. Serve it with brown rice or even a toasted NAAN😋. Serves 4.

*tip: First cook peppers and onions together until halfway done. Then add fresh never-frozen beef and sauté. To keep the meal juicy, be careful not to overcook the beef.
