Mash-Up Go-To Workout

 

 

I can add this workout into my routine any day of the week to give me a kick in the 👖when I’m not FEELIN’ IT 💪🏼. The combination of weights and cardio always leaves me feeling ready to face what my day has in store.

Approach this workout a million ways…4 sets of 12 reps of each weighted/resistance move with 5 minute cardio bursts thrown in between each weighted set for example.
