Enjoy ROCK HARD LEGS and CHEST PLUS ROPE. My sweatiest workouts include heavy weights with cardio inserted in between weighted sets. This video includes jumping rope in between challenging leg and chest exercises. Take your time and start with minimal weight. Once you are confident in your form add weight. Push yourself here because it feels good and it’s good for you.

There are several ways to approach this workout. I performed three sets of each exercise with jumping rope in between each set. I gradually increased the weight with each set also and performed anywhere from 8-12 reps per set depending on my level of fatigue.
