Try FULL BODY TONING AND MOBILITY for a workout that will challenge your strength, flexibility and balance. These moves take some practice…enjoy the learning process and before you know it you will have an arsenal of effective and fun exercises to choose from on your training days.
My recommendation is to perform 6-12 repetitions of each move on the right side then on the left for 2-3 sets. The number of reps depends on the complexity of the movement so more reps make sense for moves you find to be easier. Modify when needed and work towards good form.
