Try using MEDICINE BALLS and DUMBBELLS for a FULL-BODY MUSCLE-SCULPTING WORKOUT. The medicine ball is just the piece of equipment to grab WHEN YOU ARE SO DONE WITH MACHINES! No wonder we get bored…the same movement over and over results in not so much fun and suboptimal results. So let’s switch it up together!
Attempt 2-3 sets of 8-12 reps of each exercise. Use a challenging weight that will elevate your heart rate. Rest 30 seconds between sets. Warm up and stretch prior to your training and cool down and stretch at the end.
