Take A Seat Upper Body Blast will isolate the muscles in your core and shoulders, especially, as you work through a series of moves that require lots of stabilization and focus. Learn the moves first. Then add the appropriate weight that will challenge you but also keep you in great form. 3-5 sets of 8-12 reps should feel great.
