Perform 3-5 sets of the following:

10 – 16 reps jump squat on step

8 reps plyo push-up to flip

6 – 8 reps step drill: richochet over and back to a jack/step knee straddle twice/step up and push off

1 – 2 minute jump rope – 360 skips
