Legs and Glutes workouts seem to be requested of me most often by my female clients. I made this short video of a few of my favorite exercises that target these muscle groups specifically. Here are 3 great exercises to keep your legs and glutes strong, sculpted and lean. One light dumbbell is all you will need. The last exercise is my favorite because it taps into STRENGTH and STABILITY in a serious way. I have to fight to keep from toppling over for sure. Your standing leg will certainly feel the burn.
