There are so many types of fitness equipment available to you. I don’t want you to feel at a loss or overwhelmed when trying to start or restart an exercise program so I put this video together for those of you who are unfamiliar with one of my favorite fitness tools, the E-Z Curl Bar. The reason I really love this bar is because it’s very comfortable to use and it transitions well between exercises. Try it out and practice the exercises in this video at a light weight or even just using the bar. Good form is everything! Let me know how you do!
