Linda Scarpato is the creator of, a site dedicated to promoting healthy lifestyles by publishing challenging workout videos and healthy recipes as well as providing in-person and on-line personal and group training along with meal planning. She is an AFAA Certified Personal Trainer and Group Fitness Instructor. As a fitness professional, she focuses on weight training, running, step aerobics, kickboxing, bootcamp and cross-functional fitness. She is a wife and mother of three. Linda is a graduate of Villanova University.

Linda has been featured as Oxygen Magazine’s Future of Fitness (see November/December 2016 print issue). Linda is a contributor to ECA E-News/2016. She has also presented at PhillyFIT BASH 2016. Linda has contributed healthy recipes to the March/April edition of PhillyFIT Magazine.


My approach:

Living a healthy lifestyle has been a priority in my life for many years.  It has rewarded me with both physical and emotional strength. That strength has translated into higher levels of energy and confidence. It simply makes me a happier person. For those of you that live this way today, you know how rewarding it can be. You also know how difficult it can be to maintain that way of living and to continue to improve. will help you do both.

Because introducing variety and new skills into our workouts is so important, I work diligently at creating unique exercises and packaging them into new workouts. I use a variety of equipment and styles to help your body and mind evolve. The workouts are demanding and difficult, but you’ll feel so satisfied when you’ve mastered them. Then it’s on to something even more fun and challenging.

Living fit requires more than physical exercise. It requires healthy eating too. As you know, this is probably the most challenging dimension of healthy living. But will help you with this also. I’ve learned over the years that the best way to eat healthy is to keep your meals easy and convenient. I’ll share recipes that you can make with ingredients found in almost any household. As importantly, the meals take just a short time to make.

And for those of us who love ALL THINGS FIT, including fitness clothing, sneakers, exercise equipment, etc.,  you’ll get reviews and recommendations on all of this fun stuff. Incorporating the proper clothing and equipment into your workouts can make a big difference in your physical results.

Lastly, is a place where we can get the last critical ingredient for healthy living…support. We’ve all had days where our commitment to fitness wavers a bit. We’ve all had days where we’re frustrated with our performance or results. It’s at these times that we need other people who share our passion. is the place to find those people, get that support and motivate yourself to keep going.
